The reasons for joining Air Liquide Canada are many. For example, we value technical expertise as much as managerial experience. We welcome and promote diversity in all its forms. And we offer a wide range of career paths in a wide variety of fields.

Technical expertise highly valued.  

Oxygen, nitrogen, hydrogen, rare gases: the molecules haven’t changed, but their uses are limitless, and it’s here that innovation makes a difference.  

Innovation at Air Liquide is driven by men and women who know how to balance passion and perseverance, expertise and creativity. They include researchers, engineers, technicians and others who play a key role in maximizing, transferring and disseminating knowledge. We call them our “technical experts”.  

To help them fully succeed in their respective specialties, we have created the Technical Career Ladder (TCL) – a formal recognition system that enables technical expertise to be identified and recognized at the same level as managerial careers.  

Experts are identified according to three criteria:  

1.      Importance of the field concerned 
2.      Scope of influence 
3.      Contributions and achievements   

Since its creation in 2003, the TCL has enabled more than a thousand local and Group-level technical experts to be identified and recognized. Will you be one of them?
